Site Visit & Quality Control

The MED team toured WIPEX Nonwoven’s viscose polyester production line and crepe converting line, observing fiber blending, web formation, and physical property control. WIPEX Nonwoven’s detailed batch records, online monitoring systems, and change management procedures impressed the Japanese visitors, known for their strict quality standards.

Next Steps: From Samples to Stable Supply

MED noted that WIPEX Nonwoven’s expertise in mother roll customization complements its medical nonwovens business. With WIPEX Nonwoven s 20+ years of nonwoven experience, both parties agreed to begin with sample validation and move toward stable supply of high-quality medical wiping materials.
